How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat rate of £7.99 (incl VAT) for all orders under £250 (incl VAT) to cover the cost of processing and handling your order to addresses within mainland UK. We will make an additional shipping charge for delivery to addresses which are not located on the United Kingdom mainland. This charge is calculated to cover the additional costs we incur and is added to your order when you checkout.
Where can I have my goods delivered?
You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend if no one is available at home to sign.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
If the items are in stock we aim to despatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed however at times of high demand this can increase to between 2 to 3 working days. We carry an extensive range of stock but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 1 - 2 working days once dispatched. Delivery details and order times for our individual product ranges are found below. For items which are required more urgently please ring for further details and options.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
Please contact us on 0113 815 0243 with your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) or your name, address and details of your order.
What happens if I am out when my delivery arrives?
We will only leave a delivery if there is an adult present at the delivery address to sign for it. If you are out a card will be left with details of how to collect or reschedule your delivery.
My order is incomplete or damaged
If the packaging on your delivery is clearly damaged when it arrives you must refuse to accept the delivery. By signing to accept the delivery you are confirming that the goods were delivered in good condition in so far as could be determined from external examination.
If upon opening the packaging you find that any item is damaged, or an item you have ordered and that appears on the packing note is missing, then please contact us on 0113 815 0243 within 48 hours of delivery stating the nature of the problem. When you contact us please provide us with your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) or your name, address and details of your order.
