Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All purchases over £250 are shipped free of charge. For orders under £250, a shipping charge of £7.99 (incl VAT) is made.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a flat rate of £7.99 (incl VAT) for all orders under £250 (incl VAT) to cover the cost of processing and handling your order to addresses within mainland UK. We will make an additional shipping charge for delivery to addresses which are not located on the United Kingdom mainland. This charge is calculated to cover the additional costs we incur and is added to your order when you checkout.

Where can I have my goods delivered?

You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend if no one is available at home to sign.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

If the items are in stock we aim to despatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed however at times of high demand this can increase to between 2 to 3 working days. We carry an extensive range of stock but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 1 - 2 working days once dispatched. Delivery details and order times for our individual product ranges are found below. For items which are required more urgently please ring for further details and options.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

Please contact us on 0113 815 0243 with your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) or your name, address and details of your order.

What happens if I am out when my delivery arrives?

We will only leave a delivery if there is an adult present at the delivery address to sign for it. If you are out a card will be left with details of how to collect or reschedule your delivery.

My order is incomplete or damaged

If the packaging on your delivery is clearly damaged when it arrives you must refuse to accept the delivery. By signing to accept the delivery you are confirming that the goods were delivered in good condition in so far as could be determined from external examination.

If upon opening the packaging you find that any item is damaged, or an item you have ordered and that appears on the packing note is missing, then please contact us on 0113 815 0243 within 48 hours of delivery stating the nature of the problem. When you contact us please provide us with your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) or your name, address and details of your order.


Silver Satsuma only deliver to mainland UK and the EU. VAT at 20% is included in all orders shipped within the EU. If we are invoicing and shipping to a business address with a valid VAT number then we may be able to ship exclusive of VAT. In these circumstances, VAT numbers must be specified and they will be checked before goods are despatched.

When the order is placed at our website you are directed through to PayPal to process payment. All credit and debit card numbers entered on PayPal's website are encrypted using the highest 128 bit encryption over SSL (https). We do not retain any credit or debit card information on our systems.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or by telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid back to your credit or debit card within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

For Opus Products

For returns during the 1st year of warranty:

Please telephone our support team on 0800 012 2403 who any problems you are experiencing in greater detail. If we diagnose the Opus unit to be defective over the telephone, we will arrange and pay for pickup and delivery of the defective unit.

The unit will then be sent to Opus for further investigation and testing. If the unit is confirmed to be defective we will advise you and treat the warranty claim closed.

If no fault is found, you will be sent an invoice for a replacement unit.

For returns during the 2nd year of warranty:

Please telephone our support team on 0800 012 2403 who any problems you are experiencing in greater detail. If we diagnose the Opus unit to be defective over the telephone, we will arrange and pay for pickup and delivery of the defective unit.

The unit will then be sent to Opus for further investigation and testing. If the unit is confirmed to be defective, it will be repaired by Opus before being returned to you free of charge.

If no fault is found, the unit will be returned to you free of charge.

For out of warranty repairs

Out of warranty repairs are carried out directly by an Opus nominated service agent. Please contact us for more information.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.


Payment is required in advance of shipment. Payment will not be processed until goods are ready for despatch. The Supplier requests Customer's contact telephone number in the event of query.
